HOW TO GET THERE
Race registration and the Start this year will be in Maseru.
COMING BY AIR:
You can simply book a flight to Moshoeshoe I International Airport in Maseru (from Johannesburg, O.R. Tambo International Airport). Bike luggage on these flights is no problem at all. However Flights to Maseru are more expensive and only flight from JHB.
You can also fly to Bloemfontein, hire a car and drive through. This may be much cheaper.
COMING BY CAR:
You can dive any way you wish but our recommendations are:
Maseru bridge is the closest and open 24hrs. But on Saturday afternoon it can get quite packed. If you don’t want to wait in a Que then we recommend that you go through Either Van Rooyen’s gate(open till 11pm) from Cape town or Peka Bridge (open till 4pm) from Johannesburg & Durdan
#Note that will be a safe place to park your car at the start. The route is circular and you will be coming back to it.
